We install software on your server, desktop or laptop that monitors which of your files have changed. Every day (or even every hour!) that software sends just the changed parts of those files to our server over the internet. Those parts can be reconstructed in to a complete version of your data corresponding to any time a backup was done.
Before any data is sent over the internet it is compressed and encrypted with your own unique password : without that, not even we can read your data!
What?
We can backup your files, Exchange email, databases, photos etc etc. For bigger companies we recommend having an additional server on site, which replicates to our datacentre, giving both fast local access and the security of offsite data backup.
